2. Purpose of rationing is save food or items as much as they can, because during war time most farmer or the clothing factory cna't work enemy will attack on any time.

1.US legisterlation gave money for the ww2 veterans to go school for free or give mortage for low interest

4. The government made this because if soliders go to war they will lose their current job, so for them they give them a money for house or colloge to go

5. I think its good idea to give them a money because if the young people need money for colloge they can go to army and get a money for colloge
